Six Days in Emilia-Romagna

Capitano and Friends brings celebrated chefs together for six unforgettable days of shared tables, hands-on cooking, and countryside excursions at Palazzo di Varignana, with every dollar raised supporting Tend the Table Foundation.

Guests will experience the food culture of Emilia-Romagna through exclusive access to renowned chefs, local artisans, farms, and vineyards. From a chef-led exploration of Bologna and interactive cooking workshops to regional tasting and intimate dinners, the week offers a rare opportunity to connect with the people, flavors, and traditions of the region, culminating in a spectacular celebratory gala.
